DAMAGED GOODS– If you happen to receive a product from us that is damaged, we will confirm and send a courier to collect and send you a replacement. You will not be charged for returning the item, if the item is not available in stock, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-30 days.

The Wear The House collection prints are produced in the highest, most experienced print factories and stitched in high skilled factories, delivering you a high standard quality garment. However, if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately after receiving product.

To Return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

– Be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

– Be returned with all original tags still attached and intact

– Be returned with their original packaging in an undamaged Wear The House bag

– Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered


In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing Wear The House within Seven (7) days from the date on which you received them from

Regarding Returns we cannot offer to pay for these, however we can arrange a collection for you with our courier company and deduct the return delivery payment from you refunded amount.

Items must be returned from the same country to which the order was delivered and must be in their original condition with the original Wear The House packaging, as outlined above.

Once we receive your items at our HQ, we will process the return within seven (7) business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Returns that fail to meet the conditions above or that have missing, or incomplete Customs documentations may be rejected and returned to shipper.


Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase , however we do not pay for shipping on returns so this will be deducted from your final amount.

We will arrange to have it collected from you at your expense.

Without prejudice to the above, the time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
